Your residence at The Set includes weekly housekeeping provided by our service provider Prestige, which includes
•    Tidy-up and organizing
•    Full cleaning of bathroom and kitchen
•    Bed making
•    Floor cleaning
•    Trash removal 
•    Bed linens washed
This service operates on a building-wide schedule, dictated by floor and line, and is pre-scheduled based on your apartment floor/number.

Dog City

Dog City is Related’s premier pet care service located in Hudson Yards.  Dog City offers a range of services to suit your pet’s needs including in-home pick-up and drop-off, walking, overnight stays, grooming and Spaw services, and more.  

Your Director of Experience will be happy to introduce you to Dog City, or you may sign up via the Related Connect App.

Oz Moving

If you require professional movers, our preferred moving company, Oz Moving, offers exclusive rates for residents of The Set. If you wish to use Oz, your Director of Experience is happy to coordinate a consultation, or you can contact related@ozmoving.com or (212) 452-6683. 

Related Connect App

The Related Connect app allows you to access your residence whether you are home or away. Unlock your front door, control your smart home technology, order food from The Set’s restaurants, manage billing, and more – all with a tap. 

Download the Related Connect app in the App Store  and Google Play. 

Food & Beverage

Renowned Chef Dan Kluger will bring a crafted, farm-to-table culinary showcase to The Set, including:

• Greywind: A new public facing restaurant at The Set, featuring an intimate chef’s counter and dining room, all-day bakery and cozy cocktail bar. Opening early 2023.
• The Conservatory by Greywind:  The Set Club’s resident-only rooftop bar and restaurant with an all-day menu of seasonal plates and cocktails. Opening early 2023.
• Room Service: Direct to your door ordering will be available via the Related Connect app (beginning early 2023), as well as complimentary delivery from Loring Place (now available).
• The Honor Bar:  Located in The Set Club, the Honor Bar will feature elevated grab-and-go snacks and beverages. Opening early 2023.
