From the opening match on June 11 to the final on July 19, Hudson Yards commemorates the World Cup with match viewings, flags, merch, experiences, art, memorabilia, and more.
FIFA World Cup 2026™ Match Viewings
Feel like you’re part of the action when you catch all World Cup match viewings for free on Hudson Yards’ 30-foot outdoor screen. Presented by American Airlines, you’ll have opportunities to view everything from the opening match in Mexico City on June 11 to the final on July 19 at NYNJ Stadium.
Fly Your Flag at Vessel With American Airlines

FIFA World Cup 2026™ Official Merchandise Store
Head over to 20 Hudson Yards on Level 3, where you’ll discover a mix of World Cup-branded apparel, accessories, memorabilia, and even photo-ops at the Official FIFA World Cup 2026™ Merchandise Store. The store is open Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
The Art of the Game Public Art
The Art of the Game is a public art program presented by ARTS 14C in partnership with the New York New Jersey 2026 World Cup Host Committee, running through July 19. Created for FIFA World Cup 2026™, The Art of the Game features six-foot soccer balls reimagined as large-scale sculptures. The works, from 23 internationally recognized artists, are situated in public spaces across NYC and New Jersey. You’ll find a sculpture from artist Fred Wilson in Hudson Yards Public Square and Gardens.
“Home of Football: Home & Away” Exhibit
Soccer fans won’t want to miss “Home of Football: Home & Away,” an exhibit that includes iconic artifacts like Pelé’s 1958 World Cup jersey, Messi’s first World Cup shirt, and Lamine Yamal’s Euro 2024 Final kit. The exhibit marks the first time items from the Manzano Family Collection are on view to the public. Attendees can expect everything from the match-worn jerseys mentioned above to trophies, photos, films, and more. The exhibit, curated by Air Afrique, includes six environments designed by Harry Nuriev and Crosby Studios. Guests can also experience a pop-up cafe from World Cup winner and former Real Madrid player Sami Khedira, featuring his coffee brand, Balira. There might even be surprise visits from Sami himself.

Real Game Begins With Hisense
Real Game Begins With Hisense is an immersive FIFA experience that includes a cutting-edge screen technology showcase, virtual pitch game, and interactive FIFA character moments. Plus, you’ll meet the official mascots from all three host countries. This experience runs select dates and times in Hudson Yards’ Public Square and Gardens through June 13.
Spot the Bag With American Airlines
American Airlines gives soccer enthusiasts a unique way to experience the World Cup with its Spot the Bag event, through July 19. Fans are invited to spot American Airlines x FIFA World Cup 26™-branded traveling suitcases at landmarks across World Cup host cities. Once spotted, AAdvantage® members can scan a QR code to enter for a chance to experience a FIFA World Cup 26™ Final Party in New York City. The grand prize includes tickets to the American Airlines x FIFA World Cup 26™ Final Party on Edge NYC’s outdoor sky deck, as well as a surprise musical performance, round-trip airfare to NYC, and a four-night hotel stay.
