Related Luxury Rentals is proud to build on a reputation for life-enriching services and benefits with the following newly-enhanced protocols focused on optimizing the health and safety of our residents, staff and guests. 

Through a partnership with Mount Sinai* and following guidance from federal, state and local public health agencies, and with input from our own in-house experts, these protocols will be continually reassessed, updated and communicated. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping to maintain a healthy and safe environment within their Related residence.

All building staff will be assessed daily for presenting symptoms. Clear and concise escalation protocols will be used when there is any confirmed case in a residential building, respecting the need for privacy while keeping the health and safety of our residents, guests and workers paramount.

All building staff is equipped to ensure social distancing and management of all Covid-19 protocols, receiving updated training as information evolves.

Elevators

Elevators will have nanotech buttons, which utilize mineral nano-crystals powered by light to create powerful cleaning through oxidation reaction. Clear signage and floor decals guide best practice use of elevators, allowing for a maximum capacity of 4 people/animals per ride.

Delivery

Contact-free stations and Related App notifications are available to expedite food delivery. Self-service package lockers and in-home package placement are available to limit interactions surrounding package delivery.

Garages

Before exiting resident vehicles, attendants are directed to thoroughly wipe the steering wheel and door handles. To-go sanitizer kits are provided to resident parkers upon request. Visitors have the option to pay by text for parking in the building.

Building technicians will wear booties, gloves and appropriate face covering for all service calls. Prior to entering a residence, technicians will ask if everyone is healthy. If a resident is ill, the appointment will be rescheduled, unless it is an emergency.
